Maryland Summer Jazz 2009/2010Dear friends, We had the best year ever with Maryland Summer Jazz 2009. We’d like to thank the students, teachers and jazz fans who attended. We had tremendous support from jazz lovers, news media, Montgomery County and national businesses and the City of Rockville. We are truly grateful. Mark your calendars for Maryland Summer Jazz 2010. Workshop Highlights: classes in theory and technique for instrumentalists and vocalists, loads of playing and improvising in small groups. Each session is 3 days of instruction for 55 students, geared to adults - gifted amateurs and semi-pros. HS students aged 16 and up and college students are welcome. Thanks to Our 2009 Sponsors!
